The cancellation policy is the conditions under which the company returns money to the visitor if he wishes to cancel his reservation.

• 100% of the boat charter price is refunded if the cancellation is made up to 31 days before the reservation date.
• 50% of the boat charter price is refunded if the cancellation is made between 30 and 8 days before the reservation date.
• The boat charter price is non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the reservation date.
• In case of an early departure, the charter price of the boat is not refunded.
• A reservation is only considered officially canceled when the cancellation is made via email to “info@hercules-cruises.gr”
